Disability Access Consultants had built an extensive library of specialist services, technical resources and educational content. While the website attracted consistent organic traffic, its growing content had created complex navigation, overlapping pathways and a disconnect between educational resources and consulting services.
I reviewed the existing information architecture and developed a content migration strategy focused on simplifying navigation, improving content discovery and preserving the website's established search visibility.

The redesigned experience introduces clearer service groupings, a dedicated Resources hub and industry-specific pathways, helping different audiences find relevant information without needing to understand the full service catalogue.
A key decision was to retain valuable specialist content while reorganising how visitors access it. Educational articles were connected to related services and enquiry opportunities, creating a more purposeful journey from research to professional advice.
The Request Fee Proposal action was also given greater prominence throughout the proposed experience.
Together, these decisions establish a more intuitive, scalable website structure that supports both user needs and business objectives.
